Regency Manor hours: Mon - Fri: 7 am-9 pm, Sat: 8 am-9 pm, Sun: 10 am-6 pm
Access to the Manor is available to members through the side doors via their fob at 6 am daily. Use the facilities at your sole discretion.

About Our Community

Del Webb at Traditions operates under the direction of a Resident controlled Board of Directors and has 455 homes designed for enjoyable living. This beautiful community was thoughtfully planned with inviting pocket parks, water features, green way, dog park, and a community garden.

Regency Manor, our 18,000 square foot community center, acts as the hub of the community and the gathering place for social and recreational activities. Inside lies a fully equipped gym, indoor pool, coffee bar, catering kitchen, varsity room, activity rooms, dance studio, and much more. In addition, the rear patio includes an outdoor fireplace and kitchen with two gas grills. On an average day, you can find a wide variety of activities taking place, from Aqua Aerobics Classes to Social Clubs and Zumba. Regency Manor is always bustling with life!

It’s a wonderful place to live, and the Del Webb at Traditions Homeowners Association works diligently to maintain the value of the community and the values that make it special. Take a tour!

More than 50 interest-based clubs and groups offer an incredible range of opportunities to pursue your passions, or just have fun, with likeminded neighbors. A full-time Lifestyle Director and staff support our clubs and groups while staging entertainment and social events for a community that relishes gathering for fun and good times.

A Wellness Director and trainers lead a broad range of enjoyable programs, so all residents have the opportunity to be their best.

Those who prefer going out to play enjoy the pickleball, tennis or bocce courts, walking or running the greenway, or hanging at the pool.
