Amenity Center:

Located in the heart of Del Webb at Traditions is the Amenity Center (Regency Manor).  The Amenity Center acts as the hub of the community and the gathering place for social and recreational activities.  Inside its walls (18,000 sq. ft.) lies a fully equipped gym, indoor pool, coffee bar, catering kitchen, varsity room, activity rooms, dance studio, and much more.  In addition, the rear patio includes an outdoor fireplace and kitchen with two gas grills. On an average day, you can find a wide variety of activities taking place, from Aqua Aerobics Classes to Social Clubs.  Regency Manor is always bustling with life! See below for information on the location and hours of the Amenity Center:
