Amenity Center:

Located in the heart of Del Webb at Traditions is Regency Manor (aka Amenity Center). 

Regency Manor acts as the hub of the community and the gathering place for social and recreational activities.  Inside its walls (18,000 sq. ft.) lies a fully equipped gym, indoor pool, coffee bar, catering kitchen, varsity room, activity rooms, dance studio, and much more. 

In addition, the rear patio includes both covered and uncovered lounging patio, outdoor fireplace and kitchen with two gas grills. On an average day, you can find a wide variety of activities taking place, from Aqua Aerobics Classes to Social Clubs.
