Committees

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is responsible to and reports to the Del Webb at Traditions (DWT) Homeowner’s Association (HOA) Board of Directors. The ARC works with the Community Manager (CM) to achieve its goals. The ARC's focus is to review and make recommendations to the HOA Board concerning Residents proposed modifications with the provisions of the DWT Declarations and Covenants (D&C) and the Residential Design Guidelines (RDG).

The Board of Directors will represent the current and future interests of Del Webb at Traditions residents by monitoring the fiscal well-being, ensuring maintenance and repair of the Common property and facilitating the continued development and delivery of rewarding lifestyle activities.

The Common Area and Services Committee's (CASC) mission is to assist the Community Manager and the DWT Board of Directors by monitoring and being responsive to the ever changing community's landscape thereby ensuring the high quality and safety that residents expect to enjoy by living in a master planned community. As the landscape grows & ages, the CASC is involved with resident's interests & concerns proposing long term common area modifications and enhancements for the Board's consideration. For the short term, the CASC actively monitors the upkeep & maintenance of HOA Common Areas and resident lots provided by our contracted landscaper making sure that resident interests are well managed and any required corrective actions are promptly completed.

The purpose of the Finance Committee is to advise and assist the Del Webb at Traditions Homeowners' Association Board of Directors in the financial management and planning for Del Webb at Traditions in order to protect the financial interests of the Association and its residents.

The Technology Committee focuses on ensuring the technologies used by the community are effective, efficient, secure and support the lifestyle of the community.
